We collect only the information you choose to provide through the lead form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, age range, and an approximate home value range. Calculator inputs (home value, age, mortgage balance, etc.) are processed in your browser for estimation purposes and are not transmitted to or stored by us unless you submit them through the lead form.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, do not pull credit reports, and do not require account creation to use the calculator on this site.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to contact you about reverse mortgage options, answer your questions, schedule consultations, and follow up on inquiries. If you do not wish to be contacted, simply reply to any message or call (714) 599-8960 and we will remove you from our outreach list.

Third-party sharing

We share your information with lender partners only when you formally apply for a loan through us. Current lender partners include Finance of America Reverse, Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, and Longbridge Financial. We do not sell your information to data brokers, marketing aggregators, or unrelated third parties.
